Our Picnic is Back!

Glyndon Park (in the covered pavilion)

400 Beulah Rd. Vienna, VA

(Best parking is on Glyndon St. side of the park)

Featuring: 

  • Sobriety Countdown

  • 7th Tradition

  • Serenity Prayer 

  • BYO games, music, frisbee, etc. 

Please bring a side dish or dessert to share 

  • Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and Drinks provided!

  • All Are Welcome: Friends and Family.

  • Picnic will happen rain or shine.

No sign-up required, but please let your meeting’s GSR know:

  1. How many of your family/friends will be coming (so we have enough burgers and refreshments).

Location: Lake Fairfax (Reston)

Be prepared to have a wonderful time! There will be music, food, fellowship, fun! Families, welcome.

Volunteers, needed for grill, setup (10:00am), and cleanup (5:00pm).

Hamburgers, hot dogs, water and condiments will be provided by District.

Clint M., who chairs the Plain Language Big Book subcommittee of the Trustees' Literature Committee, will present on the history and development of the proposed book and also answer questions.
