District Donations

In accordance with A.A.’s seventh tradition which states:
“Every A.A. group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions,” we are self-funded and use Venmo to accept payments from A.A. members.

Donations to the district are used to

• fund Zoom meetings that take place in the district

• pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the website (for the domain name and web service only)

• send our current district committee member to Intergroup and Virginia Area assemblies and conferences so they can relay information from A.A. General Services down to the groups
